Some of my friends asked me whether I use glue or double-sided tape when making cards. My answer would always be double-sided tape! They're convenient and not messy like glue, although sometimes I like using glue when I'm almost out of tapes.
However, I've found these inexpensive, permanent disposable glue tape. The brand is PLUS and it's made in Japan. The one in the photo is 6mm wide and 10 metres long. For only RM3.99, I think it's definitely a steal! I've also seen a few other brands at Popular, but they're a bit more pricey.
This glue tape is perfect for making cards and scrapbook layouts. It is also suitable for photo albums and archival materials. Works like a correction tape, it's really easy to use compared to conventional double-sided tape.
I'd recommend using glue tapes to all crafters, especially those who make and sell handmade cards. Happy crafting! :)

I've been looking for those, but I would not fork more than RM5 for them. RM3.90 is definitely a steal!
ReplyDeleteHey there! Maybe I'll try to sell some if I can get more! :):)
ReplyDeleteI think the reason why I don't craft is because I think it's a messy job.. and I don't like messy.. :P Things like these didn't exist a few years ago, if they did, I would have loved to craft.. :P
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to craft if I were a little creative.. but I am not... LOL :D
ReplyDeleteYeah you're right, Ane! I don't like mess on my table too. That's why I always try to make more than 1 cards during a session. I wish I have my own work table, though. That way, I can leave it messy lol! :)
ReplyDeleteI know right? I haven't even heard of glue tapes before I had my craft business, Ane! :)
ReplyDeleteBusiness is going so well, you'll have your own craft table in no time Debbs, I know it.. :)
ReplyDeleteBut right now, I'm currently renting, so I don't wanna get anymore furniture, Ane. Guess I'll have it when I get my own home. :)
