Make Your Own Gift Bag

I made something different today. If you know me well, you'll know that I love making my own stuff. I always try not to buy anything that I can make.

Based on tutorials I found online, I made my own gift bag.

It's actually for a friend whom I'm meeting tomorrow. She made a purchase at my craft store, so I decided to make this simple gift bag to to carry the items she bought.

It looks like a typical paper bag, but I made mine without any holder. Instead, I used a large paper clip that's bent into a heart shape to close its top.

I stamped the word "Thanks!" on square paper and I tied a piece of ribbon on the paper clip. Oh, my gift bag is made of wrapping paper. You can use recycled paper too!
